Gutter Seal® #400

Description

#400 Gutter Seal is a commercial grade Adhesive/Sealant designed to seal all types of rain carrying systems. This ”terpolymer“ formula will penetrate and seal all joints associated with gutters. It is ideal for new installations and repairs over failures of previous sealants.

This compound cures to a tough rubbery film that remains flexible in sub-zero temperatures. Full UV protection.

Service temperature: -40ºF to 300ºF
Cure rate @ 75ºF: Thin skin: 2 hrs.
Complete cure: 14 days

• Warm tubes for easy gunning in cool weather.

• Meets Federal and State EPA VOC rules.

• Pigmented versions are not for sale in the State of California.

Construction Standards

Meets performance requirements of TT-S-00230c, Class A, Type II and ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, except for weight loss.
